Return policy

Because National Plan Center is an informational website, refund of membership fees or add-on service fees is not possible once the information has been accessed. If, after paying your membership fee, you view any access-controlled portion of the website, including but not limited to the help pages or contractors database, your membership fees become non-refundable.

Automatic renewal policy

The National Plan Center will not automatically renew membership of members. Members may respond to one of a series of electronic reminder messages and re-enter their payment processing information to renew their membership at the end of each membership period.

Method/timing of delivery

Any informational products or automated services purchased from the NPC website will be available for immediate delivery (access, download, or upload, depending on the service or product), except as specified on a case by case basis for add-on purchases. The delivery method and timing of any custom services involving the cooperation of a human party will be communicated on a case by case basis.

We make every effort to provide the best estimating tools on the market but the final responsibility for bid accuracy always relies on the end user. Therefore you need to make final checks before you turn in a bid.
